margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" data-original-height="4032" data-original-width="3024" height="400" src="https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-T8fG5iK8y3I/X60T5GY8BjI/AAAAAAAB2Rc/AOqaLHbKmcwqcJpvPwqwHlCOUBl_h8c4wCPcBGAsYHg/w300-h400/IMG_4352.JPG" width="300" /></a></div><br /><p>Procedimento</p><p>In un tegame fare scaldare l'olio evo, uno spicchio d'aglio e un pezzetto di peperoncino, mettere poi le vongole (io ho usato vongole del pacifico surgelate) coprire e lasciarle schiudere a fuoco vivace. </p><p>Dato che avevo fretta, quindi per mia comodità ho usato ceci in scatola, (altrimenti i secchi andrebbero messi a bagno la sera prima e la mattina dopo lessarli in acqua con l'aggiunta di sedano e carota.) </p><p>Iniziare a preparare la zuppetta mettendo in una padella l'olio evo un rametto di rosmarino e uno spicchio d'aglio, che poi toglieremo, fare scaldare, aggiungere i ceci e fare insaporire. </p><p>Intanto sgusciare le vongole, tenendole alcune con il guscio per decorare il piatto.</p><p>Quando i ceci saranno ben rosolati, aggiungere la polpa di pomodoro, oppure a piacere, anche dei semplici pomodorini e tutte le vongole con la loro acqua filtrata. Versare il riso e farlo tostare per un paio di minuti. Sfumare con il vino, quindi aggiungere un mestolo di brodo bollente e lasciare che il riso lo assorba.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Nel frattempo in una padella antiaderente fare soffriggere la metà del burro con la cipolla tagliata a rondelle; appena risulterà appassita, unire lo zucchero e fare caramellare a fuoco vivace.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Continuare a cuocere il riso come di consueto, aggiungendo il brodo man mano che viene assorbito. a circa 3/4 di cottura, aggiungere la cipolla caramellata. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;
